Royal Relic Hospitalities (RRH) is a newly
Ghanaian based Sole Proprietorship business that seeks to manage the hospitality
of clients who indulge in accommodating guests for various programs organized. The
idea is to extend the hand to reach all aspects of hospitality in its holistic
view. It is a new business that provides hospitality services to customers or
clients.
Background:
Many institutions, churches,
banks, government, corporate groupings, organizations and individuals arrange
or organize various programs and many times invite individuals and groups in
and out for such events and programs. These invited persons sometimes migrate
from one location to another, home and abroad, far and near to such given
occasions.
One of the institutional and
event organizational challenges, if not hustles, is to do with the total
hospitality (from arrival to departure) of such invited guests. Protocol teams
emerge but total guest satisfaction almost always falls short of excellence.
This is partly due to lack of professional training and conscious and deliberate
skill development in such fields. In part, lack of ideas or experience, also
counts as a reason for low guest satisfaction.
We have noticed this problem and
coupled with the expectation of all event organizers to satisfy their guests,
we present the solution to this problem. Needless to say, for any successful
future program satisfaction, with the turn of technological and human
revolution, an ‘OK’ hospitality hand is just not enough.
